I AM SEEKING: Public Art Projects
ARTWORK: My work engages a design process that responds to the qualities of a site, fusing aesthetics, science and necessity.

Public Works Completed include:

Fingerspan Bridge, 1981-87, a steel enclosed bridge connecting two cliffs separated by a chasm. Shaped like a bent finger, this is a practical and symbolic reach

The San Antonio Convention Center Project, 1995, a collaboration with Kell/Munoz/Wigodsky Architects to develop an overall design of the Center which incorporates the Riverwalk.

Papago Park/City Boundary, 1992, an award winning 2 acre site which brings into alignment the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, the Casa Grande ruins and Squaw Peak creating a symbolic and functional construct of alignment and regeneration. Collaboration with Steve Martino, landscape architect.

Works In Progress include:

Pasadena City Coilege Sculpture Garden, commissioned by the college whicn incorporates night lighting to outline the Garden's forms and path system revealing a galaxy framed by surrounding building

A colIaboration with Tom Balsley & Associates and Lee Weintraub Landscape Architects on the restoration of Riverside Drive Park in New York City, commissioned by Riverside South Corp. and Trump New World.
